Coping with the Stress and Anxiety of COVID-19

The COVID-19 crisis has brought the importance of mental health—and current threats to it— into sharp focus. In response, a wealth of information, advice and resources to help manage the stress and anxiety caused by the disruptions in people’s daily live have been shared with Canadians.

One aspect of human activity that COVID-19 may leave an indelible mark on, is on the workplace. Knowing how we are doing in our day-to-day work, and how people are coping through these extraordinary times is critically important.
